This August, Bristol is proud to be hosting the Hand in Hand Festival; bringing choirs from across the UK & Ireland together to share their love of singing. From the 16 to the 18 of Aug, we will have full use of the newly refurbished Bristol Beacon located right in the centre of the City of Bristol. This event provides an opportunity for choirs to sing in a world class venue and explore the many sights Bristol has to offer.
To deliver this we need your help! We are looking for volunteers to cover a range of areas such as the welcome desk, providing directions around the city, supporting choirs navigate around the venue, setting rooms up, supporting door staff and many more roles. We need as much support as possible during the event and there are a variety of shifts available.
If you are singing at the festival you can also be a volunteer and we will schedule it to not clash with any of your performances.
Volunteering offers you the chance to connect with performers, festival attendees, and individuals from across the UK & Ireland. It's a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community, share experiences, and foster new friendships while contributing to the success of our event.
If you would like to be a part of making this exciting event possible, please head on over to our volunteer hub for more information and the volunteer application form: handinhandfestival.org/volunteer/
Our team will then reach out to you when we've got a clearer idea of the programme, what volunteers we will need and we may ask for further details, we will then confirm your volunteer shifts.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to be an integral part of the Hand in Hand Festival experience. Your participation and support are invaluable as we come together to celebrate diversity, connection, and the power of music.
